Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts for only 30 days after receipt of the product.
Products that have been opened/used/tampered with are not eligible to be returned. Products must also be in their original packaging and in perfect condition before it can be accepted for return or exchange.
Products that fall into the class of perishable goods are not eligible to be returned.
The following products are not also eligible to be returned;
- Gift cards,
- Downloadable software products,
- Some health and personal care items,
- Custom printed goods.
Finally, before any product can be returned, there must be a receipt or proof of purchase of the product from our store.
You will receive an email to notify you if your product has been approved or rejected for a refund after your product has been received and inspected.
For refund request that have been approved, it will be processed and you will automatically receive a credit alert on your credit card or whatever payment method used during the transaction within a stipulated number of days.
We do not guarantee that your returned item will be received.
Partial Refund (If applicable);
Partial refund policy applies to certain products in certain situations;
Products with obvious sign of use such as Books.
Digital hardware that has been opened such as VHS tape, DVD, CD, etc.
Product that is damaged, missing a part or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
Product returned after 30 days of delivery.
Late/Missing Refund (If applicable).
Please kindly recheck your bank account balance if you are yet to receive your refund.
If your bank account is still yet to be credited, please contact your credit card company as there are situations where it may take a while before your refund is officially received.
If you still haven't gotten the desired response, please contact your bank as it may also take a while to process the refund before it will officially reflect in your bank account.

Exchange/Replace (If applicable)
Only products that are defective or damaged will be eligible to be replaced or exchanged.
If the product is to be replaced/exchanged with the same product, you can contact us here.
Products marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you will come with the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.
For items that aren’t marked as a gift when purchased or not shipped directly to you but through the actual buyer/gift giver, a refund will be sent to the actual buyer/gift giver and you will receive the details of the return.
Sales Item (If applicable).
Sales items cannot be refunded, only regular priced products may be refunded.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item.
If your refund is approved, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time taken for your exchanged/replaced product may vary with respect to your location.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive products.
